In my view, academic work should focus on demonstrating the value of the material to students by linking theory with practical application. This method enables students to fully understand theoretical concepts through diverse teaching strategies. Additionally, it's crucial to highlight the personal attributes that university instructors should have, as they serve as role models for students. Teachers must maintain both ethical and scholarly standards, both inside and outside the classroom.
